Epirixanthes kinabaluensis T. Wendt 1988

First description by Wendt in van der Meijden (1988). The manuscript of Wendt came to van der Meijden during the preparation of the Polygalaceae treatment for the Flora Malesiana, and became include in this work. This species is closely related to E. cylindrica, the only difference is the narrower and longer bracts.
